More about Toffee

Meet our fabulous Toffee!

Toffee arrived at Battersea from another rescue. He is a young, high energy Labrador, with a history of being kept in a small room and often demonstrating overstimulated behaviours when the owners interacted with him.

During his stay, Toffee has proven to be a bouncy lad who is just in need of some consistency in training and impulse control work. He can, at times, become overexcited and be both bouncy and mouthy, however, he has been responsive to training. He has been sociable with dogs, although can be juvenile and over the top in his play style, he loves making doggy friends!

Toffee is a young, high energy, working Labrador, who requires structure, consistency and commitment in his training. Finding an outlet for his excess energy through both physical and mental stimulation will also be key. He would benefit from owners who have experience with high energy working breeds, and are eager to take on a young project dog that will be rewarding to work with!

Toffee is a handsome pup, and has shown that with consistency he can be extremely rewarding to work with and is loved by his people very much.
