More about Travis

Say hello to Travis!

This handsome boy arrived to Battersea as a stray and therefore we have no information on his life before arriving here. He is looking for a new loving family who can provide the time and commitment into helping him settle into a home environment.

Travis can be a vocal boy when seeking attention from humans and will need some patience and time in helping him settle on his own in the home. He will truly benefit from new owners who understand how to help support him to settle on his own and be mindful this will take some time with some basic additional training.

Travis has demonstrated an array of underconfident behaviours around other dogs, he's received lots of training and confidence building around this onsite where he's shown great improvement. New owners will need to be confident in reading his body language and to continue his training around them. Travis can be a vocal dog when he sees other dogs on walks and new owners must be prepared to continue with training for a reactive dog.

Travis is looking for a home in a quieter location where his training can be continued, a private garden and to be the only animal in the home!
