Meet Tubby! This cheeky, lovable pup is full of personality and always ready for fun. Since arriving at Battersea, she has been in a foster home with children and other dogs which has helped her personality shine through.
Tubby has taken everything in her stride and she loves being part of the action. She is still working on her house training and learning to take breaks during play with other dogs. Like any young pup, Tubby is a work in progress, but a delightful one.
Thought to be a Jack Russell mix, she’s bright, energetic, and will thrive with an active family ready for adventure and cuddles in equal measure.
Due to her age and vaccination status, Tubby is having a gradual exposure to the outside world, she will need owners to build up her exposure to new environments, people and dogs gradually once she is fully vaccinated and has settled into her new home. She will need her own private and secure garden, and someone around most of the time to provide that pivotal training, stimulation & socialisation that a pup needs.
This young lady could live with first time owners, provided they are prepared to take on the responsibility of a puppy, and are confident they can put in the time and work necessary to help her grow into a well rounded adult dog.
