Jemma Waters has a strong background in using data and tech for good, focusing on shaping customer/citizen engagement across multiple industries and international markets. Currently, she serves as the Head of Customer Inclusion at Lloyds Banking Group, leading efforts in Inclusive Delivery; ensuring customer engagement and interactions are available and accessible to all.
Beyond customer brands, Jemma is actively involved in societal and community partnership initiatives. One notable example is the Lloyds Bank Academy, which has supported over 400,000 charities and small businesses in improving their digital capabilities and confidence in the past year.
Jemma is also a trustee for the digital skills charity FutureDotNow and serves as an advisor to the Tech Talent Charter. She is a new mother to daughter Harper, and cat mum to Hector, a rescue adopted from Battersea in 2021.
