Brighton Marathon 2018

Get your running shoes on and take part in the Brighton Marathon for Battersea Dogs & Cats Home.

On Sunday 15 April 2018 one of Europe’s favourite 26.2 milers, the Brighton Marathon, is back with it's roaring crowds and a fantastic atmosphere. The course takes you through the iconic city centre before finishing on the seafront, where runners can celebrate with friends and family in the Beach Village.

Join our team in 2018

As a Battersea runner you will receive:

  • A bespoke running vest
  • A fundraising pack
  • Training advice
  • Fundraising support from start to finish
  • An invitation to our 'meet and greet' event where you will receive a behind the scenes tour of the Home
  • A cheer team to support you on the day.

I'd like to apply for a place

The application period for our Brighton Marathon 2018 places has now closed. If you would be interested in running for Battersea in 2019, please check back in April when applications will be opening.

I already have my own place

If you have already secured your place for the Brighton Marathon we would love for you to join our team.

We don't ask you to raise a minimum amount if you've got your own place, but we will support you every step of the way to raise as much as possible.

I can't take part but would like to help

If for any reason you can’t take part and run, why not support us by cheering on the Battersea team on the day. We rely on our volunteers and every one of them makes a huge difference. All you need to bring is your voice!

Apply to become a Brighton Marathon Cheer Point Volunteer.
