More about Baklava

Little Baklava is looking for a loving home who can provide him with some extra love.
Baklava arrived at Battersea with very little exposure and experience in the outside world., he requires a home with humans who are patient, calm and committed into helping him gain some confidence which will help him flourish into the gentleman we know he can be.

Baklava will need some additional training and support in helping him with general handling, walking outside and meeting other humans and dogs all with a little guidance and direction from owners. Patience is key with Baklava, therefore owners who have experience with worried and nervous dogs is highly beneficial, so he can adjust to his new life with ease!

Baklava will need a home away from the inner city, with access to his own private garden. He will also need to live with another dog to gain confidence, ideally a smaller dog who is sociable and has a friendly nature. He can live with a cat.

Baklava has been in a foster home, he took a while to settle but found a secure spot on top of a sofa and would watch the telly all day, he finds everything overwhelming so a calm quiet home is needed to allow him to have space and adjust in his own time.
He must have a garden as going outside is too much to deal with at the moment so a garden is a good start to expose to outside and to help with house training, at the moment he will only go on puppy pads.
He is fine around a cat but uncomfortable with a teenager in the home so no children as he will not enjoy them.
