More about Boogie

Boogie is a sensitive, sweet-natured girl who came to us as a stray and is still learning to feel safe in the world. Though she is shy at first, she’s quietly affectionate with those she trusts and lights up when she’s around other dogs which we have seen as we have helped build her confidence up at her pace to let her blossom.

She has shown to display good social skills with dogs and will need to live with a calm, confident companion to help her feel secure if she did find a dog she could live with . Boogie has shown to show some mild separation related behaviours when being left alone, so she’ll need someone around while she builds confidence and learns to stand on her own four paws by building up her time alone gradually.

She’s looking for a peaceful, experienced home with a secure garden and a steady routine to give her the set up to continue her confidence building training. With time, patience, and gentle guidance, Boogie will reward you with loyalty, love, and her own special charm.
