More about Daphne - BOW DOG

Daphne is quiet and timid girl that is looking for her forever home, she is based at the Battersea Old Windsor Centre.

Daphne came into care as a stray so she has limited exposure to the world and takes time finding her confidence , she is looking for a quiet home where she can find her feet and settle in. Her own garden would be essential for to begin exploring before adventuring out and about. In areas that she knows she loves a little run around and is quite athletic when she puts her mind to it, so would likely enjoy interesting walks from her new home.

Once she knows you Daphne is happy to clamber onto your lap - building that bond takes time so it's important not to rush, but once she is your friend you are friends for life.

Daphne is looking to be the only dog in the home as she doesn’t seek any interaction with other dogs and prefers to keep to herself. When out on walks she may be able to make calm dog friends, but Daphne wouldn't be comfortable in busy dog environments.

Daphne likes her food, so this will be a great help to continue her training in her new home.

She is only small, but we are sure there is a lot of personality to come when she has the chance to settle and show her personality properly with her new family.
