More about Hilde

Introducing our heavenly Hilde! She is a super smart German Shepherd who enjoys learning, she learnt her name in one afternoon!

Hilde came to us from the prison service as she was too friendly for the job! Before this, Hilde was a stray. She is a sensitive soul who can be a little cautious of new people but once you are in her gang, she loves a fuss and is an affectionate, sweet lady.

Hilde enjoys her walks and having a good sniff along the bushes. She can be strong on lead when she knows where she wants to go! Hilde does love dogs but has shown she can become overwhelmed in some situations. Hilde is looking for a calm owner who can support her during these moments and who might even know of a well socialised mature walking buddy who can help teach her appropriate behaviours around dogs.

Hilde is looking to be the only dog in her new home where she can learn how to live in a home, develop everlasting bonds with her new family and explore her new surroundings. She is a smart dog and needs her new owners to keep up with her both physically and mentally!
