Meet Jeremiah The Sausage!

Sweet Jeremiah was gifted to Battersea as his owner was no longer able to continue working from home and felt it was unfair to leave him alone all day, especially as he loves being around his people as much as he can. Jeremiah has a lovely history of being calm, affectionate and playful with his previous owner and was happy to meet new people and make friends in and out of the home once he'd let them know he was there with a few barks. Jeremiah was previously attacked by a larger dog when he was about a year old and this had an effect on his confidence, leaving him worried when seeing other dogs and reacting at them if they approached however he has been making great progress in his confidence day by day.

Here at Battersea we have seen the same sweet, affectionate and playful boy who likes to make himself heard. He loves to snuggle with his people and play fetch till his little legs are worn out and has been making new friends on every walk. Jeremiah has been working on his confidence around other dogs with the help and reassurance of his people with training, he has shown he can make doggy friends.

Jeremiah is looking for a new home where he is the only pet, he would prefer to have a multi carer home with a couple or family with older children that's in a quieter area, away from the inner city.
