More about Leo

Leo is a fun and affectionate boy who has had a difficult start in life and is looking for patient owners willing to guide him and continue his training.

He quickly builds strong bonds with people and loves attention, but he can become overexcited and mouthy when overstimulated. When his excitement escalates, he may jump up, grab clothing, and mouth, so new owners will need to be prepared to manage this calmly and consistently. Leo responds well to guidance and has shown he can settle with structure, clear boundaries, and regular breaks.

Leo has a history of being quite sensitive and uncomfortable around other dogs but we have seen him be quite a friendly boy when meeting other dogs onsite, he can be worried at times with those dogs who can be little bit too full on for him but has otherwise shown some good social skills

Leo would suit an adult-only home with owners experienced in managing excitable or mouthy dogs. He will need a secure garden, ongoing house training, and support with learning to relax when left alone.

With patience, routine, and the right guidance, Leo has the potential to become a loyal, loving, and rewarding companion.
