More about Lola

Meet Lola, our little Chihuahua x Dachshund girl!

Lola is a sweet and affectionate girl who has stolen many hearts since arriving. She does have a bit of a sensitive side being worried of new people and the wider world. She is looking for a loving and understanding home with new owners who can help her build up her confidence and continue to blossom into the wonderful dog we know she can be.

Lola had not been socialised much in her previous home and is worried and at times avoiding of dogs. She will need to be the only dog in the home but would benefit from some doggy mates who can show her the ropes and build on her social skills. She could however possibly live with a calm and independent cat following careful introductions.

In her previous home, Lola struggled with some separation anxiety and became distressed when left on her own. She is seeking dedicated new owners who are prepared to continue her independence training and gradually build up her confidence.

Lola would thrive in a home away from the inner city with access to her own private garden. Due to her worried nature she is best suited to live with teens 13+ who won't overwhelm her and can play a role in her daily training.
