More about Marmite
Marmite is a sensitive Dogue de Bordeaux who is looking for patient owners that will allow her to settle into her new home at her own pace. She is based at Battersea Old Windsor.
We have found that Marmite is a very worried dog, being nervous around new people and environments.
Marmite is currently worried about going for walks and gets overwhelmed easily. Her new owners will need to allow her time to settle in the home and garden before attempting any walks or introducing new things to her.
Once bonded to people, Marmite’s tail will wag and she gets excited. She enjoys a gentle stroke and will lay down next to her friends, often relaxing in their presence.
Marmite is worried by other dogs and is looking to be the only dog in her new home. Once she is confident enough to go on walks she may benefit from meeting calmer, social dogs but new owners should not force her to meet dogs if she doesn’t want to.
Marmite is a loveable dog who is looking for a home where she can come out of her shell.
