More about Moss

Moss is a lively young crossbreed puppy who enjoys playing with his toys and running around. He is based at our Old Windsor centre. We believe he is a Rottweiler cross so his owners should expect a large adult dog when he is fully grown.

At home, Moss is confident, inquisitive and a typical juvenile dog. He is picking up basic training well; he was previously housetrained and travels calmly in the car. He can be demanding for attention and uses his mouth on hands, so owners will need to be happy to work through this in constructive ways that help Moss by giving him more appropriate outlets for his behaviour.

Out and about, Moss is a bit less confident and doesn't enjoy busy places or big crowds. He'll need gentle socialising to show him the world is not too frightening. He is confident with other dogs and we have seen that he is too energetic and boisterous with dogs at home, so he needs to live as the only pet in his new home. He'll need to meet dogs out on walks in order to continue building on his play skills.

Moss is a spirited and bright youngster who is looking for owners with some knowledge of his breed type and who feel they can fully commit to his on-going training and needs.
