More about Nakita

Meet our sweet little Nakita!

Nakita is on her second stay at Battersea, having been rehomed as a pup but recently returned due to a change in her owners' circumstances. She is thought to be a crossbreed, likely a Belgian Shepherd Lurcher. These are both intelligent, energetic breeds who need plenty of mental and physical stimulation.

Nakita is a joyful, affectionate little bundle of fun & energy, and has no issues making new friends. She is a firm favourite with staff members due to her friendly and bouncy nature.

Nakita loves other dogs and has some nice social skills in place already and is generally a friendly and playful girl. She could potentially live with another dog that is the right match for her, something playful that can take breaks and be a good role model of behaviour for her.

Nakita will need a home away from the inner city, with access to a secure garden for training. She could potentially live with teens 13+ that are able to get involved with her training. She has previously lived with cats, so may be able to live with a dog-savvy cat again. This young girl is an absolute delight who loves life and has a heart of gold. She will make a wonderful addition to any household lucky enough to have her.
