More about Nala

Nala is an excitable Husky who loves zooming around the paddocks here at Battersea Old Windsor.

Being a Husky, Nala will need a lot of physical exercise as well doing activities to help keep her brain busy.

Nala has been doing some work around being handled, as she can find being overly handled uncomfortable. Once she has built bonds with people, she enjoys a fuss and also likes being groomed, something a new owner will have to do regularly due to her coat type. She is a strong minded dog who knows what she likes and doesn't like and is not afraid to let you know about this. She'd suit owners who are familiar with this side of the Husky breed.

Nala is looking to be the only dog in her new home as she is not keen on sharing her things. She has been social on walks with other dogs but can be worried by boisterous dogs that are over the top with her.

She enjoys playing with toys and her favourite one she has found with us is a squeaky pig!

In her previous home, Nala did show some resource guarding around more exciting chews so new owners will need to manage this and ensure any items she shouldn’t have are exchange for something better.
