More about Panda

Meet Panda!
Panda is a 1-year-old Staffordshire Bull Terrier Cross. He was found straying, so we have very little info on him beyond his time spent here. Since arriving at Battersea he has continued to grow in confidence and has shown himself to be a very social boy!

Panda has found kennel life a little tough, mainly due to his desire to spend lots of time curled up in a lap, or working hard for treats or toys! He has a whole lot of love to give, and we are ideally looking to rehome him to a multi-carer household, to prevent his over bonding to one person in the new home.

He has also been a little worried outside his kennel, sometimes being frightened of loud noises, and he will therefore need new owners who can gently build his confidence and introduce him gradually to all the sights and sounds of the world without overwhelming him.

Panda enjoys interacting with other dogs, but still needs to learn how to play in a constructive way. He would greatly benefit from a canine role model in his life who can show him how to do this.

We have every reason to believe that Panda will grow to be a happy and energetic little lad once he has settled into a new home. A private garden, as well as daily physical and mental exercise would be of real benefit to him.

Panda is so ready for the next chapter of his life, most likely a lively one with lots of lovely chin scratches!
