More about Pat

Pat is a gentle Greyhound located at Battersea Old Windsor.

He is an affectionate lad and is looking for a home where he can relax and unwind with a family that can provide him with a comfortable bed and plenty of treats and affection.

He has been really friendly with everyone he has met on site and has been good with his food, toys and his walking, but can be a little stressed by certain elements of handling, so we have been helping him build confidence around this and he has been improving daily.

He doesn’t seem to get a whole lot from the company of other dogs, but he is happy to interact and co-exist around them. We have found him to be more comfortable around dogs his own size - he can sometimes be a little too focused on the smaller dogs, although he does come away when asked.

He will require gentle guidance and patience in navigating the sights and sounds of a new home and the outside world. He will need kind and patient new owners who will let him settle at his own pace as he will not know what is expected of him.

Pat is looking for his loving forever home somewhere quiet and peaceful where he can enjoy some walks around the neighbourhood before a game with his toys and then cuddling up on his bed.
