More about Patch

Patch is an adorable Pomeranian cross who enjoys his walks and having fuss from his favourite people.

Patch is currently looking to be the only dog in his new home as he can be independent around them but also has times of being vocal. He would prefer to be walked in areas where there aren’t too many off lead dogs running around. He would benefit from making friends with calm, smaller dogs on his walks to keep him socialised.

He is looking for his own private garden where he can potter around in his own time and he can utilise this area for any training he may need.

We have seen that Patch can over-bond to his favourite people so therefore he is looking for a home with more than one adult carer. He will need new owners that can build up his leaving hours slowly and are around at home most of the time.

Patch has undergone some medical treatment whilst with us and any new owner will need to speak to a Battersea vet before rehoming.

Once Patch gets to know people, he will climb onto their lap and enjoys a fuss. Due to his breed type, he will need regular grooming as well.
