More about Penny

Meet pretty Penny, our little yorkie cross chihuahua who is full of character and has plenty of love to give!

Penny is a friendly poppet who can be a little worried of new people and needs space and reassurance to build trust in her own time. Once Penny has bonded, she will soon be sat curled up on a lap enjoying the company and a loves a little brush! Penny really relishes her walks in quieter open spaces where she can take time exploring using her nose and sniffing through long grass.

Penny came to us from a home with another yorkie. Penny was uncomfortable sharing her space and due to this needs a home where she can be the number one gal! Penny prefers calm introductions with other dogs out and about and quite often chooses to move herself away. Penny’s new family will need to advocate for her space on walks and continue with calm interactions with other dogs to help build her confidence. In her previous home Penny was housetrained and will just need some refresher training in her new home to get the skills back.
