More about Remi

Meet Remi - our 4 and a half year old female Frenchie!

She is little pocket rocket; a cuddly ball of energy. She loves her people and hands on fusses, but does struggle with some of the more formal aspects of handling at times and so will need to be rehomed on the criteria that she is muzzled for clinical examinations.

She has shown to be a very friendly girl but can be vocal at times towards stimuli, particularly when experiencing elevated stress levels. New owners should be confident to manage her vocal behaviours and ensure to continue her training on quieter walking routes while she builds up her confidence.

She has shown a range of behaviours around other dogs and appears to be slightly under-socialised. Remi will therefore benefit from owners who have some experience with dog socialisation and who are willing help her to make the right choices around potential playmates. She previously lived with a male French Bulldog and has shown to be more confident when meeting other Frenchies compared to other breeds, so she may be able to live with another French Bulldog in her new home.

Remi is looking for dedicated, confident owners who are happy to continue working with her on clinical handling. She could live with a single, committed carer. While a private garden would be beneficial, it isn’t essential for this little lady.

Remi is a lovable, energetic girl with so much to give. If you’re looking for a companion to join you on adventures - and then happily curl up with you on the sofa - look no further than Miss Remi!
