More about Rocky

Rocky is a little rock star with a heart of gold! This sweet, sensitive boy may take a moment to find his confidence, but once you've earned his trust, you'll discover a loyal lap companion who loves nothing more than gentle fusses, belly rubs and being close to his favourite people. Quietly charming and full of character, Rocky is looking for a home who will appreciate him for the special little dog he is.

Rocky enjoys peaceful walks where he can take his time sniffing through the grass and exploring the world at his own pace. He knows some basic cues, loves spending time with people he knows, and settles happily once he feels safe and secure. While he can be worried by unfamiliar visitors and other dogs, he's already making great progress with positive introductions and thrives when people around him understand his body language and gives him the time he needs. Rocky would much prefer a calm lifestyle over a busy social calendar and enjoys the simple pleasures in life.

Rocky is searching for a quiet home with teenagers or older, where he can be the only pet and enjoy all the love and attention to himself. A private, secure garden is essential so he has a safe place to relax and explore, and he'd love owners who are around for much of the day while he settles into his new routine. With patient, understanding adopters who will continue building his confidence, manage visitor introductions thoughtfully and enjoy relaxed walks together, Rocky will be sure to express his unwavering companionship and affection.
