Meet Tessa, the gentle greyhound with a heart of gold! Tessa has traded the track for snuggles and loves nothing more than curling up in the closest comfy spot. Tessa can be a little bit worried of other dogs, but given time to settle, Tessa has shown to be a sweet and friendly angel to dogs both big and small!

When poor Tessa came to us, she was not in the best condition and was quite skinny and had quite serious dental issues. Due to this, Tessa had to have a lot of her teeth removed which has made weight gaining a little more difficult as she is unable to have any biscuits! New owners need to be aware of dietary needs and restrictions to help Tessa gain weight safely.

It is unlikely that Tessa has ever lived in a home and will need new owners to take things slowly and allow her to settle into home life at her own pace. Learning to become used to things such as the hoover, TV and doorbell could be a little bit scary for her to begin with. Tessa has been spending a lot of time in offices where there are people coming and going and she has done great with this, greeting everyone with a lovely gummy smile and wanting a fuss!
