More about Violet

Violet is a sweet and sensitive Dachshund looking for a calm home where she can continue to grow in confidence.

She loves soft toys, cosy blankets and curling up on a lap with her favourite people. Violet is a nervous girl and unfamiliar people and busy environments can be a very overwhelming for her, however she has shown great progress during her stay and is gradually learning that the world is not such a scary place.

Violet could live with a calm canine companion or be perfectly happy as the only dog in the home. In return for patience and understanding, she promises plenty of affection, companionship and devotion.

Violet is looking for a loving home where her new owners are patient with her settling in, as she can be unsure with new surroundings & people. She will require a gentle and steady approach to allow her to come out of her shell.

Due to her sensitive nature, Violet will need a home in a quiet location away from any hustle & bustle with a secure garden for training & confidence building. Her ideal home would be adults only, but a home with experienced older teens can be considered providing they are willing & able to follow advice and help with her training,

This sensitiveness girl has endless love to give and with a little time and patience will no doubt make a wonderful new companion.
