Meet Violet, a sweet and sensitive 1-year-old Jack Russell Terrier mix full of potential.

Violet came to Battersea as a stray, so her history is a mystery, but we do know that she's a gentle soul, ready to blossom with the right people by her side. She can be a bit worried and shy at first around new faces and dogs, but can warm up with confident friends! With time, patience, and a gentle hand, Violet quickly becomes a playful and affectionate companion with continued training.

Once she’s comfortable, Violet shows her cheeky side with joyful zoomies and a love for chase games. She enjoys the company of smaller, calmer dogs and is slowly finding her confidence around others. An active home with a garden, quiet walking areas, and owners who understand sensitive or vocal dogs would be ideal for her to continue her training as well as reading her body language. She’s young, eager to learn, and full of energy once she feels safe.

Violet loves nothing more than to parade her soft toys especially her carrot and apple to her humans and enjoy sitting with you for cuddles.

Violet is looking for a home where she can grow at her own pace, bond deeply with her people, and continue finding her place in the world. If you have a little time and patience and you’re ready to welcome a loyal and loving companion, Violet might just be the perfect match for you.
