More about Willow

Stunning blue brindle beauty Willow is a real sweetheart who thrives on the company of people. She bounces around our paddocks like a little spring lamb and likes to shake her favourite soft toy from time to time.

Willow has a sensitive side and was wary of people entering her space in her previous home. She will need new owners who are prepared to follow all of our advice and manage Willow in such a way so that she feels at ease and supported in her new home. Willow has previously lived in a home and is now spending some time on foster, we have seen that Willow can be unsure around other dogs and therefore is looking to be the only pet in the home and is not suited to live with either dogs or cats. Our rehoming team will give any new owners advice and guidance on how to support her best around dogs

This sweet girl is not overly tactile and although she loves company, she can find hands on attention a bit much sometimes. She will need owners who can support her with her handling in a formal setting (such as veterinary care) and those who understand that less is more, and that she should be allowed to come over to people in her own time rather than be fawned over. Willow will need new owners who have lower leaving hours and who are in a position to build up the time she is left slowly and positively. Willow has tried very hard to keep her kennel nice and clean during her time with us and is continuing to demonstrate this on foster, so she will need her own garden. She could live with teenagers, pending introductions on site.
