Thank you for reaching out to us
What happens next?
If we’re able to help, one of our intake team will call you to discuss the situation in a little more detail and answer any questions you may have.
Bringing the cat to us
Once we have all the information we need and are able to help, we will contact you to arrange an appointment for you to bring the cat to us.
Any stray cat brought into Battersea will need to stay for seven days before we can take steps towards their rehoming. After completing our behavioural and medical assessments, all cats that are suitable for rehoming will have their own profile, providing details about their character and the type of home that will suit their needs.
Due to the volume of cats we take in, we unfortunately can’t respond to phone calls from finders for updates and can only provide limited email updates.
For more information about bringing in a cat, please read our Intake Policy and FAQs.
