By completing your personal details and requesting a free pin badge or pet tag from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home, registered charity no. 206394 (Battersea), you agree to the following Terms and Conditions:

• You are over the age of 18. Those under the age of 18 can still receive their gift, but will need a parent or guardian to call.
• You acknowledge the limit of 1 pin badge or pet tag per registrant.
• You must have a UK postal address.
• You consent to Battersea contacting you via telephone in order to confirm your delivery details and to tell you about our work and how you can possibly support us financially. Please note you will receive a call from one of the following telephone numbers: 02034243652.
• You acknowledge you may not register on behalf of someone else or with someone else’s details.

If you would prefer not to receive a call from us, you can still show your support and request your pin badge or pet tag by contacting Supporter Services on 0300 323 1216 or email fundraising@battersea.org.uk.

Your privacy rights

The information you’ve provided to Battersea Dogs & Cats Home and Battersea Dogs’ Home Ltd (Battersea) will be treated with respect and used in line with your instructions on this form. We will also use your information for analysis and administration purposes, and to communicate with you by post under our legitimate interest.
