More about Dougie

Dougie is an easy going Cane Corso based at our Old Windsor site.

He is a gentle giant who enjoys slow paced walks and he walks very nicely on lead. He loves meeting new dogs and will be able to live with a dog that will enjoy his friendly and playful nature.

Dougie has been friendly with most new people, however his new owners will need to make sure to give him space when he needs it. Once he is your friend he loves a belly rub and can sometimes forget his size and try to be a lap dog. He has had to have a few vets visits and has been friendly with the staff and taken it all in his stride.

His favourite things are footballs and food, and he has already learnt a "sit" and "paw". Dougie is currently wearing a Buster Collar as he is recovering from an operation on his eyes, and this helps to keep his stitches safe from paws.
