Duke is our beautiful Frenchie, he is very affectionate with people and is the most unique of colours.

Duke is looking for new owners who ideally have owned Frenchie's or Braccy breeds before, this will give a good understanding of their medical needs and unusual body language.

Duke will need ongoing support to help him interact appropriately with dogs and to help him make the right choices. New owners need to be able to read when he is uncomfortable and be confident to socialise him with the right matches and move him on in the right way if the situation dictates.
His new owners will need to be patient and understanding and also confident to allow Duke to meet dogs in the right setting.

Duke could potentially live with children aged 8 yrs plus as he does have a lovely nature and thrives on attention and fuss.
He would benefit from a private garden and more than one carer to help build his alone time up gradually.

During his time at Battersea Duke has needed to spend some time with our clinic team who will speak to new owners about any medical needs he will have going forward.
