More about Little Milo

We are delighted to introduce you to our fantastic little dude, Little Milo! Milo is a Maltese mix with a big personality. He enjoys the company of other dogs and will offer playful behaviours and once he has built a bond with people, he is an affectionate and fun dog.

Little Milo does have some anxieties around strangers, which show themselves as him being reactive by barking and grumbling at people he does not know. This will be Milo's main area of training and management and he will need very sensible owners who can see past his cute looks and breed type and appreciate he is quite a complex boy who will need time, patience and careful support. This being said, he will repay his owners tenfold with affection and fun. People who have a quiet lifestyle who have had dogs with stranger wariness or reactivity before would be ideal for Little Milo.

Milo loves his toys and his favourites are tennis ball, which he will happily swap like for like and keep the game going for ages! He is good with other dogs and enjoys playing with them and could potentially live with an easy going and non-problematic dog, with no existing stranger wariness. Milo was used to being left for short periods in his previous home as well, so should be fine to be left on his own once his owners have built this time up slowly. He will need a private garden and cannot live with children or go to a home with visiting children due to his anxieties.
