More about NALA

Meet gorgeous Nala!

Nala arrived at Battersea due to a change in her owners' circumstances. She was rehomed, but has now sadly found herself back at Battersea for a second time.

Nala is a loveable, bouncy, young dog who is full of energy. She loves her people and would have endless cuddles from them if she could.

She does have a little worried side to her, particularly around loud noises, and can be a bit wary of men, but with some time, patience and tasty snacks, makes friends quickly. Due to this, Nala would need her own private garden in a quieter location.

Nala holds the Battersea record for the longest tongue to body size ratio ever, and is proud to show it off every minute of every day - often sitting in her kennel with the tip of her tongue poking out!

Nala loves other dogs and will enjoy a good play session. She is a big girl, but truly excels at managing her size so as not to overwhelm smaller dogs, and encourages them to play with her gently. She could potentially live with another dog that wouldn't be fazed by her size, or her playful nature. She can still be quite juvenile at times, so the other dog would need to be tolerant of bounce.

Nala is a big girl, with an even bigger heart to match, and will make any family who has here incredibly lucky.
