More about Pearl

Brindle beauty Pearl is a small in stature Greyhound with a big heart. She is a fairly confident lass who likes to have some bouncy play with other dogs before settling into a relaxed walk. She walks beautifully on lead and greets her carers enthusiastically each time she sees them.

Pearl is a retired racing greyhound who is starting to find out what luxuries are on offer as a 'pet' dog - long walks, tasty snacks and plush beds! Pearl is a gentle lady and could live with sensible older children who recognise she appreciates a calmer approach. Pearl is relaxed around dogs of various breeds and could potentially live with a like-minded canine companion, pending intros at our Brands Hatch site.

After spending her life in kennels, she is looking for a calm household where she can settle into home life at her own pace, with owners who will be gentle with her and sympathetic to her needs. Pearl does not need much from her new owners - lots of love, a couple of sedate walks during the day and some basic house training. She would be the perfect addition to a family with a relaxed lifestyle, or those who have not had lots of experience with owning dogs before and are now looking to share their life with a pooch.
