More about Timothy

Lovely Timothy is a bundle of energy, along with an affectionate and playful nature. We think he is a Terrier crossed with a Spaniel - he loves sniffy walks where he can use his nose and is always on the go. He really enjoys the woodland walks that we have here at Battersea, Old Windsor, and will happily spend time sniffing and exploring.

He is very people orientated and sometimes can't control his excitement when he's greeting people; although he can jump up is it because he is friendly and he is still learning some manners. He is the same with dogs, and can be vocal when he sees them. We're teaching him that he can't meet every dog that he sees on walks and his owners will need to carry on the training that we've put in place to help him. He'll need his own garden where he can concentrate on training without the distraction of other dogs.

Food is a firm favourite and Timothy particularly likes his meals to be fun to eat so we give them to him in puzzles, Kongs, scrunched up newspaper and so on. This is a great way to keep his mind busy. Timothy is a wonderful mix of 2 busy and intelligent breeds and will need active owners who can give him fun adventures.
