Building a communications plan

Strengthening engagement with limited resources

Social media can play an important role in rehoming, awareness raising and fundraising. For organisations managing communications with limited time and resource, clarity and focus matter. This online session helps you understand how to use social media strategically so it supports your wider organisational goals.

You’ll explore the key platforms used across the sector, how they differ and how to choose the ones that make sense for your organisation. The session also looks at engagement approaches, policies and how to create content that aligns with your needs and capacity.

Crisis considerations are included too, with practical guidance on when and how to engage online during challenging situations.
