Meet our handsome boy Jeff! Being a large boy, as you can see from his photo standing at 3 feet tall, we believe Jeff may be a German Shepherd mix and he is a wonderful boy with a loving personality and good looks to match. Jeff has some great foundations already in place with regards to his training and he is a smart cookie who is keen to learn. Jeff will flourish in a home with people who have a keen interest in positive, science based dog training and will be an excellent companion on long walks or hikes. Jeff has even been on holiday to Germany in his previous home!

Our team have worked hard with Jeff during his stay with us, working on improving his manners when meeting new people and recalling him when his chase drive kicks in. Jeff has shown some high prey drive behaviours in his previous home. Therefore, to safeguard Jeff and other animals, his new owners must appreciate that he will need to be kept on a long line at all times when on walks and will need to be on lead and supervised in a secure garden at all times. Jeff could live in a home without a garden, with owners who are prepared to give him the physical stimulation via walks in local areas. Jeff is a sensitive soul and would prefer to live in a quieter area with access to scenic walking routes.

As Jeff picks up his training very quickly and keen to learn we have managed to teach him lots of training that will help him in a new home especially with his need to be kept mentally stimulated. Our team will demonstrate all of Jeff's training and management to prospective new owners on site at Brands Hatch. He is a loving, happy and lively young dog who will make an irreplaceable addition for the right home and people.
